If you have already handed your repeat request in to your local doctor’s surgery, then email us through the “Contact Us” section of this website or email us at wootpharm@yahoo.com and let us know from which doctor’s surgery you would like us to collect your prescription from and leave the rest to us. Please also let us know when you actually emailed the GP surgery to request your repeat prescription and whether or not you have been informed when your prescription will be ready for us to collect. You can start using this service now if you wish.

Option 2
Alternatively, if we already have your repeat prescription request stored at the pharmacy, just email us through the “Contact Us” section of this website or email us at wootpharm@yahoo.com and let us know which items on your repeat slip you would like us to order for you. We will then hand in your repeat request order form to the surgery and collect your prescription once ready (please allow between 48 to 72 working hours) your prescription will be ready and waiting for you to collect on your next visit to the pharmacy, or we can deliver. We will only order your prescription when you ask us to. Leave your repeat request slip with us and let us do all the hard work for you.

“myrepeats.com” - New online prescription service

At Wootton Pharmacy we are happy to announce that we have teamed up with myrepeats.com  This is an exciting new service for ordering your repeat prescriptions online. To use this service please click on myrepeats.com logo on the [Home] page of this website. There is no charge for using this service.

How myrepeats.com works

myrepeats.com is a free service available to patients of any surgery listed on the myrepeats.com website. If your surgery is not listed on myrepeats.com then please telephone us for advice. You will also be able to select on myrepeats.com whether you wish to have your medication delivered free to your door or whether you wish to collect your medication from Wootton pharmacy.

Your previous orders are recorded and stored on myrepeats.com to make ordering easier next time. You can now order your medicines wherever and whenever you wish as long as you have access to the internet. We will even send you an e-mail, if you wish, to remind you when you need to order your medicines next time. Registration is easy. Ordering your medicines is easy. We only ask that you allow three working days for your medication to be ready.

myrepeats.com will send your order to your chosen pharmacy (Wootton Pharmacy).
Once approved, the pharmacy will then send your request to your surgery. The surgery will then approve and generate the prescription. Once your prescription is ready (please allow between 48 to 72 working hours) Wootton Pharmacy will collect it for you from the surgery and dispense your medicines.

This service is available to all patients registered with any GP practice listed on the myrepeats.com website. Please type your order exactly as it appears on your surgery repeat slip or we may not be able to process your request. Each time you order you will be given the option to receive an e-mail reminder, after an interval chosen by you, to place your next order.

We provide the option to send your surgery a message with your prescription order. This can be used, for example, to request extra supplies if you are going on holiday. It should not be used for any queries that do not relate to your prescriptions. Click on the myrepeats.com logo and register now if you wish to use this convenient service.
